Refund Policy

The 30-day guarantee
If we do not deliver at least 15 qualified leads from your service area during your first 30 days on the Standard plan, we will refund 100% of our $1,500 monthly management fee — no questions asked.
1. The 30-day lead guarantee
RoofProof stands behind the work we do. Our flagship guarantee is simple: 15 qualified leads in your first 30 days, or 100% refund of our management fee.
The guarantee applies to:
- The Standard plan ($1,500 USD per month).
- Your first 30 days of paid service from the day of your first invoice.
- Refund of the management fee only ($1,500). Ad spend you paid directly to Google or Meta is governed by their own refund policies and is not refundable by us.
2. What counts as a "qualified lead"
A "qualified lead" is a person who, through campaigns we manage on your behalf, contacts you through one of the following means and meets the criteria below:
- Submits a form on a landing page we built for you, OR
- Initiates a tracked phone call or text to your business number.
To count toward the 15-lead threshold, the contact must:
- Reside in or own property within your defined service area;
- Provide a valid phone number, email, or both;
- State a need or interest in roofing services (repair, replacement, inspection, or related).
The following do not count:
- Spam submissions and form-bot entries;
- Robocalls and telemarketing solicitations;
- Out-of-area inquiries;
- Duplicates of leads delivered earlier in the same period (deduplicated by phone number or email);
- Test submissions (your own or competitors').
3. Conditions of the guarantee
The guarantee applies when all of the following are true throughout the 30-day period:
- Minimum ad spend: you maintain at least $1,500 USD in ad spend paid directly to Google and/or Meta.
- Account access: you provide timely admin access to your Google Ads account, Meta Business account, Google Business Profile, and any other systems we reasonably require for setup.
- Onboarding responsiveness: you respond to our setup requests within two (2) business days during the first week of service.
- Campaign integrity: you do not pause, cancel, or substantively modify the campaigns we have set up. (Adjusting your service area or business hours is fine; rewriting ad copy or pausing entire campaigns is not.)
- Payment in good standing: your management fee for the period is paid and not subject to a chargeback or dispute.
If any of these conditions is not met, the guarantee may not apply. We will discuss your case with you in good faith before declining a refund.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund under this guarantee:

In your email, include: your account email, the start date of your service, and a brief description of the issue.

Send within the deadline
Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the conclusion of your first 30-day period.

We acknowledge your request within 1 business day and review the details against the conditions above.

Refund method: refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. If your card has expired or your bank account has changed, we will work with you to find an alternate method.
Currency: refunds are issued in the same currency as the original charge (USD by default). Currency conversion losses, if any, are not reimbursed.
6. Cancellations after the guarantee period
After the first 30 days, the lead guarantee no longer applies, but you retain full flexibility:
- You may cancel anytime by giving 15 days' written notice to margo@roofproof.io.
- There are no early-termination fees.
- During the 15-day notice period, services continue and the next monthly fee (if it falls within that window) is still due.
- Pro-rated refunds for unused days within an already-paid period may be issued at our discretion based on services delivered.
7. Exceptions — when refunds are not available
Refunds are not available in the following situations:
- Ad spend paid by you directly to Google or Meta. Those platforms have their own refund and credit policies; we cannot refund money we never received.
- Services already delivered after the 30-day guarantee window has ended.
- Breach of our Terms of Service, including but not limited to: fraudulent payment activity, illegal use of the service, or violation of advertising platform policies caused by your actions.
- Failure to meet the conditions in Section 3 (minimum ad spend, account access, onboarding responsiveness, campaign integrity, payment in good standing).
- Refund requests submitted after the 15-day claim window following the 30-day guarantee period.
8. Chargebacks and disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first at margo@roofproof.io — we resolve the vast majority of issues within 48 hours through direct communication.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer before contacting us, or while we are actively trying to resolve your issue, may result in:
- Immediate suspension of services without refund.
- Loss of access to any campaign assets, leads, or landing pages we created on your behalf.
- Recovery action for amounts owed and costs incurred.
We strongly prefer to work things out together, and we have never failed to do so when given the chance.
